My Philosophy on Growth & Healing
I believe all of life is a journey of intergenerational healing. The essence of both healing and growth is to attend to and release physical and psychological blocks and energy drains (rooted in a deeper energetic harmony), thereby allowing the body to heal itself and the soul to emerge more fully and express through action in the world.

Those inner blocks, fears and limitations are highlighted at various stages throughout life, as the demands of our environment, community, job, and goals rub up against what we feel we are able to do.
​
Not to be avoided, these blocks are actually the Call of Self as it attempts to emerge more fully in wholeness, and increase our harmony, peace, and non-suffering.
​
My work aims to help people increase awareness and reclaim their will from unconscious "hi-jackers," and experience an increase in physical and mental health, energy, and harmony that allows them to share their gifts more fully with the world.
​
And ultimately, discovering through the pursuit and expression of goals and values, that there is nowhere to go except here, and there is nothing to be except you, in all that you are.
What to Expect?
Sessions are client-driven and can involve a combination of coaching conversation and formal hypnosis, both of which will help the client to:

Clarify strengths (resources) and areas that need strengthening

Uncover the Call of Self that pervades both the aspirations and obstacles throughout life

Break free from binding beliefs and internal obstacles, no matter how long they have been holding you back

Make real and significant decisions toward the desired situation

Clients come away with concrete action steps and feeling ready and equipped to accomplish them
